We would like to show you two new strategies we are using in the English lessons in order to control our voices and the time we are speaking English in class.
The first one is the Voice Meter.
- If we say we are on Ninja Mode, we have to behave like actual ninjas, that is, without speaking or making any noise at all.
- We can also be on Spy Mode and act like actual spies, that is, whispering, as if our words were a secret...
- We also have the Conversation one, in which we will speak using a low voice.
- Apart from those, we have got another one called Presidential Mode. We will be like the President. Therefore, everyone will look at us and listen to us while speaking, as if we were the actual President.
- Finally, we have got another mode called Rock Star Mode. Shouting and yelling are allowed here, but we will leave this mode for the playground time.
Now, let me explain to you about the Speaking Record Time. We have these hearts in the English class to control how long we speak English without interruption of any Catalan or Spanish. In these ones, we will write the maximum number of minutes we are speaking English in every class (every day we will erase the prior one!).
This way, we will try to beat our own record every day and we will learn a lot of English this way.
We also have another heart in our classes and the methodology is the same. Here you can see the ones we got on our first week of usage.

Ens agradaria mostrar-vos les dues noves estratègies que estem utilitzant a les classes d'anglès per a controlar les nostres veus i el temps en el qual estem parlant en anglès a classe.
La primera és el Mesurador de Veu.
- Si diem que estem en el Mode Ninja, ens hem de comportar com si fóssim un ninja real, és a dir, sense parlar ni fer cap soroll en absolut.
- També podem estar en el Mode Espia i actuar com si fóssim espies reals, és a dir, murmurant, com si les nostres paraules fossin un secret...
- També tenim el de la Conversació, en el qual haurem de parlar utilitzant una veu fluixa.
- Apart d'aquests, tenim un altre anomenat el Mode Presidencial. Serem com el President. Per això, tothom ens mirarà i escoltarà quan estem parlant, com si fóssim el President real.
- Finalment, tenim un altre mode anomenat el Mode de l'Estrella de Rock. Podrem cridar en aquest mode, però deixarem aquest mode per l'hora del pati.
Ara, permeteu-me explicar-vos una mica el Temps Rècord de Parlar. Tenim aquests cors en la classe d'anglès per a controlar quant de temps parlem en anglès sense interrupció del català o del castellà. En aquests, escriurem el nombre màxim de minuts en els quals estem parlant en anglès en cada classe (cada dia esborrarem el del dia anterior!).
D'aquesta forma, intentarem superar el nostre propi rècord i aprendrem molt d'anglès d'aquesta forma.
També tenim un altre cor a les nostres classes i la metodologia és la mateixa. Aquí podeu veure el que hem aconseguir en aquesta primera setmana que ho utilitzem.
